$99 deposit (which can be applied towards total rental fee)

Public Park Events and Permits: If the Customer requests delivery or setup at a public park or other public property, the Customer is required to obtain and provide proof of all necessary permits and permissions from the appropriate city or park authority. A copy of the valid permit must be submitted to E & B Party Rentals at least 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to provide proof of permit may result in cancellation of setup, and the Customer will remain responsible for all applicable fees.
